Maintenance Executive | Equipment, Tooling, IT and Automation

Company Background:

This company is a newly established manufacturing firm located in Senai, specializing in producing cables for high-reliability connectors. As a key player in the global supply chain, they serve industries such as automotive, medical healthcare, marine, telecommunications, logistics, and railway, with a strong international presence and over 10 sales outlets worldwide.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

1. 1-3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, IT, or automation roles.
2. Result-oriented with the ability to drive team performance to meet and exceed production KPIs.
3. Strong communication skills, with knowledge of production quality control and engineering analysis.
4. Key responsibilities:
5. a) Install, repair, and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment through preventive maintenance.
6. b) Diagnose problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
7. c) Dismantle machinery and replace defective parts.
8. d) Inspect and measure instruments to determine part requirements.
9. e) Manage inventory of equipment parts and supplies, including stock checks and orders.
10. f) Train production staff on routine preventive maintenance procedures.
11. g) Provide mechanical maintenance support by answering questions and fulfilling requests.
12. h) Prepare maintenance reports by analyzing data and identifying trends.
13. i) Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all safety procedures and regulations.
14. j) Enforce Environment, Safety, and Health (ESH) standards, along with company, industry, and government regulations.
15. k) For those specializing in IT and automation, manage installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computer systems and networks.

Salary and job title will be based on experience. High performers may be promoted to managerial roles. Pioneer team recruits will undergo industrial training in China HQ for a few weeks.
