Job description

Job Responsibility

• Set up machines safely and effectively for operators to execute job orders.
• Maintain and organize proper storage of spare parts, tools and to keep proper record of work done.
• Ensure that machine is maintained in good and safe working condition.
• Repair and clean machine when needed Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure production capacity & quality.
• Evaluate machine performance and recommend improvement Inspect machine to identify any replacement, malfunction, repairs and source for replacement parts when needed.
• Ensuring that all maintenance operations are done in accordance with company policy and OSHA guidelines.
• Manage contractors on site to ensure they meet legal and company requirements.
• Act as Emergency Response Team Member and assist in implementing the OSH policies and regulation in the workplace and environment.
• Assist in other areas of production where necessary.
