Job Description: Maintenance Executive

We are seeking a Maintenance Executive with expertise in various maintenance strategies and leadership skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, spare part management, and the use of modern maintenance technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze maintenance breakdown data to improve equipment reliability.
• Implement predictive maintenance and data-driven decision-making processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment failures.
• Lead maintenance teams, motivating and developing staff.
• Manage spare parts inventory, procurement, and usage optimization.
• Develop and monitor preventive maintenance schedules and programs.
• Track and analyze maintenance KPIs and performance metrics.
• Control maintenance budgets and costs.
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance in maintenance activities.
• Utilize CMMS, IoT, Industry 4.0, and continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficiency in root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, and data planning.
• Experienced in tooling and spare part management.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Willing to work in Taiping, Perak.
