We are seeking a Maintenance Executive to ensure the smooth operation and efficiency of all maintenance-related activities across the facility. This role involves proactive planning and execution of preventive and utility maintenance, resource management, spare parts system optimization, and performance tracking of downstream machinery.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate preventive and utility maintenance activities to ensure minimal operational disruption.
  • Work closely with production teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.
  • Oversee the availability and optimal use of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for maintenance work.
  • Manage and continuously improve the spare parts inventory system.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of downstream machinery, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and operational cost.
  • Provide regular reports and recommendations for performance improvement.
  • Assist in the preparation and tracking of maintenance budgets.
  • Provide data and insight to support cost control and budget planning.
  • Prepare and raise Purchase Requisitions (PR) for maintenance-related needs, ensuring timely approvals and procurement.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a maintenance or engineering environment.
  • Basic knowledge of equipment, machinery, facilities and maintenance requirements.
  • Experienced in maintenance planning, inventory systems, and budget tracking.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP systems is a plus.
