Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for machine and facilities repair, upgrades, and leading the maintenance of equipment and facilities, including PM2 and PDM, failure analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Ensuring compliance with company standards such as ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, and PSM.
  • Designing and validating new projects, supervising contractor work, and adhering to safety, quality, and facility regulations.
  • Applying hands-on problem-solving skills.
  • Training maintenance staff to follow SOP/WI, including Loto, static control, and electrical safety procedures, ensuring operations are well-controlled.
  • Utilizing data analysis skills, including MTBF and MTTR, to support efficient plant operation.
  • Developing work procedures for plant commissioning and startup.
  • Coordinating with production, process, and QA teams to meet operational procedures effectively.
  • Following plant safety policies and collaborating with the safety department to improve online process safety and safety management.
