Job Description

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

As a maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for machine and facilities repair, upgrades, and leading the equipment and facilities PM2 and PDM, failure analysis, and continuous improvement in your designated area.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Ensuring compliance with company ISO9001, IATF16949, ISO14001, and PSM standards.
  • Overseeing new project design, acceptance validation, and supervising contractor work, adhering to safety, quality, and facility rules.
  • Coaching maintenance operations to align with SOP/WI (Loto, static control, electrical safety); ensuring team operations are well-controlled per procedures.
  • Applying strong data analysis skills, including MTBF and MTTR, to support efficient plant operations.
  • Developing work procedures as needed, especially during plant commissioning/start-up.
  • Coordinating with production, process, and QA teams to meet operational procedures for production.
  • Following plant safety policies, working with the safety department to improve online process safety, and supporting safety management initiatives.
Qualifications
  • College degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in machine repair and maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, coordination, and accountability skills.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • Proficient in PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Familiarity with traditional manufacturing technologies; coating experience is a plus.
