Responsibilities

• Inspecting equipment and conducting routine maintenance.
• Servicing and replacing old or faulty equipment.
• Troubleshooting equipment & machinery malfunctions.
• Removing old equipment and installing new machines.
• Providing technical support and training on new equipment.
• Adhering to all safety and performance regulations.
• Performing journeyman-level maintenance and repairs.
• Assisting maintenance technicians when needed.
• Practicing safe work habits, wearing protective safety equipment and following MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Supporting testing of main propulsion and power generation equipment.
• Ensuring proper procedures are followed when using maintenance equipment.
• Purchasing supplies, equipment, and materials necessary to complete projects.
• Analyzing production data and taking appropriate action for continuous improvement.
• Ensuring staff compliance with all safety/loss prevention standards and regulations.
• Completing request forms on a daily and timely basis.
• Providing status reports regarding the execution of TPM activities.
• Personally responding to all maintenance emergencies, 24 hours a day.
• Carrying out systems troubleshooting and repair for all facilities systems.
• May serve as technical expert in a specialty field and lead the work of others.

Min Bachelor Electrical / Mechanical

Polyvalent / proactive / Organized

• Experience in manufacturing at least 5 years, experience in the same industry will be an added advantage.
