About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at JOB ELITE TT AGENCY' as a Maintenance Engineer. In this full-time role based in Kulai District, Johor, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing equipment and machinery to ensure the smooth operation of the company's call centre operations.

What you'll be doing

• Performing scheduled and preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment and machinery
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment and machinery
• Carrying out repairs and replacements to restore equipment to full working order
• Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance and repair activities
• Collaborating with the operations team to ensure minimal disruption to the call centre operations
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and recommending solutions
• Complying with all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer or in a similar technical role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety and attention to detail
