JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide leadership to resolve maintenance, service, and repair issues in a timely and effective manner, in accordance with policy and procedure.
- Plan and execute technician development needs and training to build competencies and improve performance.
- Lead TPM plans to enhance machine performance and coordinate with various departments, especially manufacturing, to ensure optimized performance of machinery and processes.
- Manage and control capital projects, including the purchase of new production tooling.
- Plan and manage spare parts inventory and budget to ensure optimal support to production.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 2–5 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in maintenance engineering, asset management, or technical documentation roles.
- Solid data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, CMMS dashboards; Power BI is a plus).
- Good communication and collaboration skills; able to work across teams and departments.
