Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Provide leadership to resolve maintenance, service, and repair issues in a timely and effective manner, in accordance with policy and procedure.
2. Plan and execute technician development needs and training to build competencies and improve performance.
3. Lead TPM plans to enhance machine performance and coordinate with various departments, especially manufacturing, to ensure optimized performance of machinery and processes.
4. Manage and control capital projects, including the purchase of new production tooling.
5. Plan and manage spare parts inventory and budget to ensure optimal support to production.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. 2–5 years of relevant industrial experience, preferably in maintenance engineering, asset management, or technical documentation roles.
3. Solid data analysis and reporting skills (Excel, CMMS dashboards; Power BI is a plus).
4. Good communication and collaboration skills; able to work across teams and departments.
