Job description

Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly corrective and preventive maintenance in accordance with the Preventive Maintenance Scheduling.

Ensure production equipment, machinery, and factory facilities are in good working condition.

Maintain maintenance reports and records of all repair works conducted on machinery.

Manage and monitor all instruments, electrical maintenance, and calibration activities in the factory.

Liaise with subcontractors for maintenance and troubleshooting work in the factory.

Ensure equipment documentation and preventive maintenance procedures are regularly updated.

Lead and motivate subordinates to work effectively in carrying out preventive maintenance tasks.

Improve the safety of all electrical facilities and equipment in the factory.

Attend to customer complaints regarding machine breakdowns or failures, coordinate troubleshooting or repairs at the customer's plant, and prepare service reports post-service.

Maintain compliance with ISO, safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

Perform other machinery and facilities improvement tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Engineer or Production Manager.

Inspect and repair all electrical faults of machines, and handle service and maintenance requests from the factory and customers.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Willing to travel outstation when required.
• Technical knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work overtime on weekdays.
