Job description

What Will You Do?

You’ll be responsible for carrying out scheduled or directed maintenance requests efficiently, courteously, and professionally to maximize customer satisfaction while complying with all policies. Our approach is flexible; we all contribute wherever needed. Here's an outline of the role:

• Prioritize safety by managing maintenance contractors/vendors to perform routine upkeep of A/C, AHU, fire systems/equipment, light fittings, and electrical switchboards to ensure proper and safe functioning.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations as stipulated by relevant authorities.
• Perform corrective service, repairs, and restoration works as necessary.
• Schedule and oversee regular inspections and contract servicing to maintain equipment in optimal condition.
• Manage inventory records of parts, supplies, tools, and equipment.
• Conduct general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure all equipment functions properly by operating and periodically checking maintenance equipment, water pressure, generator sets, etc.
• Identify and report matters requiring future upgrades.
• Create periodic maintenance schedules and develop preventive maintenance programs for the property.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the Hotel Manager, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.
