Job description

The Role & Team:

Infovista is looking to hire a Maintenance Contract Administrator, to support our Customers in APAC. The role is fully remote, the successful candidate will-

  • Maintain renewal pipeline, ensure contract integrity (correct assets and pricing) in CRM (sales force).
  • Prepare quotations and provide calculations for maintenance contract renewal and RFP/RFI.
  • Updating and managing Excel spreadsheets
  • Deal with external and internal queries in a professional, client orientated manner
  • Performs bookings (Purchase Order processing) and other operational activities/ processes to support renewal rep from bookings to cash collection.
  • Prioritize quotes/ sales support to meet deadlines, pay attention to accuracy of details.

Proactively identify areas of process improvement and efficiency

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Graduate with a University Degree, or equivalent work experience
  • At least 3 years of experience in Renewals, Customer Service, or Sales Support in a fast-paced environment; preferably BPO/ a technology company
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proactive approach with strong attention to Organization, time management, and detail-oriented capabilities.
  • Proficient in English; Mandarin & Japanese (advantage).
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Handle confidential information with complete integrity
  • Prior experience working independently with team-player mindset
  • Proven success in administrative tasks, organization of work materials, prioritization, and adherence to tight deadlines
  • Ability to follow established procedures and practices
  • Experience using CRM, particularly SFDC (Salesforce), Experience using Microsoft Office Suite specifically with Outlook, Teams and Excel.
