Our client is currently seeking an Maintenance Assistant Manager to join their esteemed organization.

Job Descriptions

  • Overseeing the maintenance team, delegating tasks, and ensuring proper staffing levels.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime and extend the lifespan of assets.
  • Managing and prioritizing reactive maintenance tasks to address immediate issues and minimize disruptions to operations.
  • Assisting in managing relationships with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring quality of work.
  • Monitoring of maintenance budget, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with relevant safety regulations and building codes.

Job Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronic or equivalent
  • Strong leadership in leading a team
  • Good technical understanding, analytical and problem-solving abilities
