Qualifications

• License: Possess a valid driving license with a good driving record and no serious traffic violations.
• Punctuality: Early riser, punctual, and reliable with no unjustified absences or leave.
• Navigation: Proficient in using mobile navigation apps (Waze / Google Maps) and willing to follow company-assigned optimal routes.
• Work Attitude: Respectful of dispatch arrangements, mild-tempered, and possesses good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Transport maids/domestic helpers safely to clients' homes, offices, training centres, and other designated locations.
• Pick up and drop off passengers according to the assigned schedule.
• Ensure passengers arrive at their destinations safely and on time.
• Plan suitable routes and manage travel time efficiently.
• Assist passengers with their belongings when necessary.
• Maintain the cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow all road safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain proper records of trips, pick-up/drop-off locations, and other transportation details.
• Communicate professionally with clients, staff, and passengers.
• Perform other driving and transportation duties assigned by management.
