Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of experience in machining.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specs.
• Familiarity with CMM, GD&T, and SPC is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and specs to determine dimensions and setup.
• Set up fixtures, tools, and materials on machines like mills and lathes.
• Adjust speeds, feeds, and coolants to maintain tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and profiles.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve machining issues.
