Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in CNC milling machine operation.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.

Job description

Job Summary

1. Executing the machining operation as per routing
2. Machined the part as per engineering drawing
3. Perform dimension inspection
4. Interpret engineering drawing and geometric dimensioning & tolerancing (GD&T)
5. Operate CNC machine
6. Monitor machining parameter and feedback to programmer if necessary
7. Perform fixture, tool and part set up
8. Maintain good housekeeping at workplace
9. Report all daily activities via MII Systems
10. Wear required PPE while doing the work
11. Comply with all HSSE requirements
12. Provide assistance to superior whenever required
13. Ensure compliance to all health, safety, and environment policies
14. Adhere to all company and legal requirements as per Johor-WI-A03-Roles, Responsibilities, Accountability and Authority (HSSE) document

Minimum Job Qualifications

Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in operating CNC milling machine

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge on mechanical lifting
• Capable of handling overhead crane
