Machine Operator (Production / Warehouse) £30,000 - £35,000 + Company Bonus + 33 Days Holiday + Days Based Role

Location: Basildon, Essex

Are you a Machine Operator with a Forklift License looking for a stable, days-based, Monday-Friday role working between production and warehouse environments that offers a variety of work and great work/life balance?

Established over 60 years ago, this company doubled their turnover last year and are looking towards a bright future. They specialise in manufacturing cardboard packaging and have carved out a profitable niche. Due to retirement, they are looking for a Machine Operator to help them keep up with demand.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

1. Operating automated and semi-automated manufacturing equipment
2. Performing minor mechanical repairs (full training provided)
3. Supporting warehouse staff by driving a forklift, unloading, and loading materials

This is a days-based role with shift patterns of Monday to Thursday 07:30-16:30 and Friday 07:30-13:30, with the opportunity for optional overtime at 1.5x.

This role would suit: a Machine Operator with a Forklift License seeking a good work-life balance and generous holiday allowance.
