Job summary

TALBROS is seeking a Production Operator in Malaysia to operate and monitor production machines, follow schedules, and maintain quality and safety standards within the production area.

The role requires physical fitness, ability to work as part of a team, and willingness to work overtime when needed. You will report issues promptly and help maintain documentation and housekeeping at the workstation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when required.
• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive work and stand for extended periods.
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Responsible, punctual and disciplined.
• Good attendance and positive working attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machines and equipment according to work instructions.
• Perform production activities according to the assigned production schedule and targets.
• Inspect products during the production process to ensure they meet the required quality standards.
• Report any machine malfunction, product defects or production issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the workstation and production area.
• Follow all company rules, safety procedures and workplace regulations.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
• Complete production records, checklists and other relevant documents accurately.
• Assist the production team with other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
