Machine Operator (Mixing & Coating) - 2 positions

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator (Mixing & Coating) to join our manufacturing team at Parker Hannifin Chomerics (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Shah Alam, Selangor. This full-time role will involve operating various machines and equipment to support our production processes.

What you'll be doing

• Operating mixing machines to blend raw materials according to recipes.
• Operating coating machines to produce Thermal pad.
• Performing routine maintenance and cleaning of machines and equipment
• Monitoring product quality and making adjustments as needed
• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations
• Collaborating with the production team to ensure efficient and timely completion of orders

What we're looking for

• Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the mixing and coating of materials
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and diagrams
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
