About the role

TECH FORGE SDN. BHD. is seeking few Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team in Ipoh, Perak. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various types of machinery to support our manufacturing processes. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career development within our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

Operate and monitor a range of production machines to manufacture high-quality products

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance

Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures to minimise risks and waste

Collaborate with the production team to identify opportunities for process improvements

Maintain detailed records of machine performance, production output, and any issues encountered

Assist with the training and mentoring of junior operators as needed

What we\'re looking for

Proven experience as a Machine Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment

Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot and maintain production equipment

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and follow instructions

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing setting

Those have experience in Metal or Rubber product factory is an advantage
