As we digitize and scale, we’re looking for a hands-on AI/ML Intern to help prototype intelligent solutions that enhance our ERP systems, CRM workflows, POS operations, and AI-powered sales and support automation.

This internship is ideal for university students passionate about applying AI to real-world business infrastructure.

Job Description :

• Prototype AI features to support ERP and CRM modules (inventory, sales, customer engagement, HR, finance, etc.)

• Explore AI solutions for telemarketing, including lead scoring, call assistance, and LLM-powered scripts

• Build internal chatbots and smart assistants to enhance productivity and customer service

• Apply ML/NLP models to improve data-driven decision-making and workflow automation

• Work with internal dashboards, POS systems, and low-code tools or tech

• Present findings and create documentation for future implementation

Requirements :

• Strong Python skills and knowledge of ML libraries (e.g., pandas, scikit-learn)

• Understanding of ML concepts and hands-on experimentation using notebooks

• Interest in ERP systems, enterprise workflows, and applied AI

• Bonus: Familiarity with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI), Hugging Face, or chatbot frameworks

• Bonus: Exposure to low-code tools or tech (e.g., Retool, AppSheet, Glide) or cloud platforms (Colab, AWS, GCP)
