Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, attend to breakdowns, and monitor HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection, ensuring safety and compliance. The role includes coordinating contractors, updating records, and contributing to energy management across commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Building Services.
• Minimum 1–3 years of building maintenance experience.
• Experience in commercial, residential, or industrial facilities preferred.
• Certifications in electrical work, facilities maintenance, or workplace safety advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of building equipment.
• Monitor M&E systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and lighting.
• Attend to breakdowns, troubleshoot faults, and carry out repairs.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors for maintenance and renovations.
• Update maintenance schedules and maintain inventory of tools and parts.
• Support energy management and utility monitoring.
