Your Key Accountabilities

• Oversee daily M&E fit-out works (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, ELV, etc.) on-site.
• Ensure work progresses in accordance with approved construction drawings and project schedules.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure manpower, materials, and tools are available and efficiently used.
• Inspect M&E installation works to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Assist in testing & commissioning of M&E systems (if required).
• Attend daily/weekly site meetings and report work progress and site conditions.

Key Requirements

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in M&E site supervision, with at least 2 years in fit-out works.
• Familiarity with M&E systems: ACMV, fire protection, sanitary, electrical.
• Knowledge of local authority inspection requirements.
• Exposure to fast-track fit-out projects is a bonus.
