Job description

Requirements:

• At least 5-8 years in construction project management specializing in mechanical & electrical for Commercial Office Fit-out projects.
• Fluent in Microsoft Project software.
• Full-Time/contract basis position(s) available.
• In-depth knowledge of relevant ISO standards.
• Required skills: MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD (advantage).
• Must have own transport.
• Proficient in Malay, Mandarin, and English languages.

Position:

M & E Project Manager

Location:

Bandar Puteri, Puchong

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team effectively.
• Oversee project implementation, develop detailed execution plans, monitor site performance, identify risks, and ensure successful project completion.
• Inspect and review projects for compliance with M & E and safety codes and regulations.
• Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Investigate damages, accidents, or delays, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
• Determine technical project requirements, review design specifications, and perform field measurements, concept studies, and related tasks.

Experience Required:

Minimum 5 years in relevant field.
