Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 2–3 years of mechanical engineering experience in construction.
• Familiarity with building services mechanical engineering.
• Experience in clean room and semiconductor/pharma/food construction fields.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop tendering proposals including technical content, calculations, pricing and unit rates.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Prepare tendering reports and documentation to track market rates and update proposals.
• Identify opportunities to improve tendering processes and reduce costs.
