  • Review detailed cost estimates and bills of quantities for mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems based on project specifications and drawings.
  • Manage pre- and post-contract activities, including tendering, contract administration, and final account settlements.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure project objectives are met within budget and on schedule.

about the manager/team
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Contract Manager and working a team of Quantity Surveyors

  • Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
