Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated seeks a maintenance & M&E engineer to support on-site operations in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will execute planned maintenance programs, validate assets and data, and ensure records are complete.

Responsibilities include managing defects after maintenance, coordinating vendors and permits, handling documentation for planning and archival, and preparing change management requests. You will perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

• Validate equipment assets and data.

• Liaise with vendors and manage permits.
• Handle documentation for planning and archival.
• Prepare change management requests.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the superior.

• Ensure maintenance program to be capture and recorded in respective platform.
• Prepare, plan and execute the planned maintenance program.
• Validate equipment asset and data.
• Managing defect post maintenance program.
• Handling vendors and permits.
• Handling documentations for planning and archival.
• Prepare change management request.
• Adhoc tasks given by the superior.
