A leading construction company in Malaysia is seeking an M&E Supervisor to assist engineers with supervising construction works and monitoring subcontractor activities on-site. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in engineering and at least 3 years of experience, preferably on high-rise projects. This role involves ensuring quality control, safety practices, and compliance with specifications.

Job description

· To assist the M&E engineer in supervising all M&E construction works at the project site.

· To supervise, monitor, and control daily works at the project site while adhering to document control procedures.

· To plan, coordinate, and monitor subcontractor activities at project sites.

· To maintain good housekeeping and implement safety practices.

· To ensure all works are carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, construction plans, procedures, and work instructions.

· To review and monitor site work productivity and arrange resources as required.

· To monitor inspections and tests by M&E subcontractors as per the "Inspection and Test Plans" and ensure quality control measures are followed, with results conforming to specifications.

· To submit sample materials and calibration certificates to relevant consultants for approval.

· To undertake any other duties as instructed by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

· Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

· At least 3 years of experience in M&E construction.

· Experience in high-rise building projects is an advantage.
