Overview
Provide green certificate & sustainability advisory services from pre-construction to detailed design and construction design until project completion and successfully handover. Develop and implement strategies for achieving net zero or reduction of carbon emission.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate sustainable design principles into building projects. Liaise with project teams to complete all required submissions to certification bodies.
- Conduct calculation according to green certification (LEED/ GREENRE/ GBI and others) requirement, GHG protocols and other available market benchmark/ standard.
- Manage project timelines and ensure that sustainability objectives are met within budget and schedule.
- Provide training and support to project teams on carbon and sustainable design practices and technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and regulations in carbon and sustainable design and construction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Sustainable Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Added Advantage If Have - Professional certifications such as GHG Practitioner, LEED AP, GreenRE Manager, or WELL AP are highly desirable.
- Working experience in M&E Consultancy or Green Certification Company or Carbon Audit/Accounting Company
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects
