Coach is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver elevated, personalized shopping experiences in a luxury retail setting. You will meet personal and store sales goals while contributing to daily store operations and a seamless omni-channel approach.

The role requires at least 1 year of luxury retail sales, fluency in English, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience with live-stream shopping and clienteling is a plus, supporting brand initiatives and a collaborative team

Qualificações

• 1+ years of sales experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors; education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Represent Coach as a brand ambassador, adhering to style and service standards.
• Build lasting client relationships through personalized styling and product expertise.
• Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations.
• Utilize mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
• Develop and execute personal sales plans; meet or exceed KPIs.
• Source new customers, maintain relationships, and follow up to close sales.
• Maintain energy on the floor, manage multiple customers, adapt selling techniques.
• Complete daily operational tasks (cash wrap, inventory, replenishment, visual merchandising).
• Keep sales floor and stockroom organized; follow policies, POS, asset protection.
• Process transactions accurately (purchases, returns, exchanges, online pickups).
• Support inventory cycles: receive shipments, stock shelves, manage product movement.
• Assist teammates in various areas; foster collaboration and performance.
• Participate in brand initiatives and training; welcome feedback and maintain professionalism.
