Job summary

Four Seasons Langkawi is seeking an Engineering Manager to assist the Director of Engineering in overseeing the Engineering Department, maintaining M&E systems, and supporting luxury hotel operations.

You will lead engineering staff, manage maintenance contracts, and drive cost-saving initiatives while upholding Four Seasons standards. This full-time role is based in Langkawi, Kedah, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in a luxury hotel or resort.
• 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• High attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Engineering in daily operations and maintenance of resort facilities.
• Manage Engineering staff, performance reviews, scheduling and staffing processes; oversee maintenance contracts.
• Prepare and submit operational reports for daily engineering needs.
• Approve duty rosters and enforce staff meal/break policies per regulations.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and work simplification programs.
