Job summary

Search Media Pte Ltd, a creative agency in Malaysia, seeks a skilled Graphic Designer to elevate luxury and lifestyle brands. You will craft premium visuals across social, print, and campaigns, ensuring brand integrity and a refined aesthetic.

Mid-level designer with 2–3 years of experience will thrive in a collaborative in-house team, delivering high-quality layouts, typography, and imagery for Instagram, EDMs, brochures, and product launches.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in graphic design, marketing design, or a similar role.
• A portfolio that demonstrates a premium, refined design sensibility across digital and print.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent design software.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to hold and extend multiple distinct brand identities cleanly and consistently.
• Experienced in creating designs for social media, EDMs, and print marketing materials.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal teams.
• Good time management with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines across multiple projects.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a high standard of visual execution.
• Nice to have: knowledge of UX/UI principles and Figma.
• Nice to have: proficiency in Chinese Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual design for Instagram, Facebook, and other social platforms.
• Design EDMs, brochures, catalogues, presentations, sales collateral, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative assets for product launches, campaigns, events, and marketing activities.
• Produce display creatives for paid ad campaigns from time to time.
• Retouch and composite product imagery to a premium, desirable, and authentic standard.
• Maintain visual consistency across all materials, in line with each brand's identity.
• Partner with internal teams to turn briefs and concepts into effective visual content.
• Prepare production-ready artwork for both digital and print.
• Liaise with printers, suppliers, and external vendors when required.
