Job summary

A leading hotel brand in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Guest Service Officer to deliver exceptional service throughout guests' stay. This role requires a university degree in Hospitality or Tourism management and strong communication skills. Ideal candidates may have experience in luxury hotels or be fresh graduates. You will maintain high hospitality standards and collaborate with concierge and front office teams to create a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications

• Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents only due to work permit restrictions.
• Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Work experience as a Guest Service Officer in luxury hotels preferred, fresh graduates welcome.
