Job summary

BMW Quill Automobiles in Petaling Jaya is seeking a proactive sales professional to join our showroom team. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences from showroom walk-in to vehicle handover and build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.

Responsibilities include presenting vehicles, arranging test drives, following up on leads, coordinating delivery with accurate documentation, and supporting showroom operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (automotive/airlines/luxury brand experience is a plus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; connect with customers across languages.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using social media to engage with customers.
• Go-getter attitude with self-motivation and professionalism.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
• Own transport and valid driving license.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences from showroom walk-in to vehicle handover.
• Build rapport and long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and arrange test drives.
• Follow up on leads, actively pursue sales opportunities, and achieve monthly targets.
• Coordinate delivery of vehicles with attention to detail and documentation.
• Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute to showroom operations and support promotional events.
