Job summary

Fresh Malaysia is seeking a driven and passionate Facial Therapist to lead facial experiences in-store, delivering sensorial treatments using Fresh products and elevating guest journeys at Fresh Stores throughout Malaysia.

You will report to the Education and Retail Managers, manage bookings, stock, and client consultations, and contribute to growing the facial therapy business through exceptional service and product recommendations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in Services (Therapist Spa) industry.
• Past luxury or perfume & cosmetics experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken English.
• Any spoken 3rd language is a plus.
• Recognized spa treatment training/certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational and administration skills.
• Excellent communication and client engagement skills.
• Empathetic, positive mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and conduct specified Fresh facial treatments using appropriate Fresh products. Ensure the highest level of service and consultation.
• Provide consultation and guidance to expand the Facial Therapy business and client base.
• Contribute to sales and financial growth while upholding Fresh values in all actions.
• Maintain inventory levels and conduct weekly/monthly stock counts and ordering as needed.
• Support store operations, including bookings, product usage, and customer care.
