CXG invites you to join its global network as a luxury brand evaluator in Malaysia. This freelance, project-based role lets you visit luxury stores or evaluate online and provide honest feedback on ambiance, service, and customer experience.

Each in-store visit takes about 20 minutes, with multiple missions possible each month. You’ll use the CXG Live platform to manage missions, certifications, and feedback, while enjoying flexible hours as a genuine customer and impartial evaluator.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; genuine customer feedback welcomed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to observe and articulate experiences.
• Comfort with evaluating luxury brands across stores or online.

Responsibilities

• Choose assignments that fit your preferences and profile.
