Job Title - Territory Executive: Loyalty

Location - KSA

The Loyalty Territory Specialist is responsible for executing all marketing and operational aspects of the Shukran loyalty programme for a given territory. This role involves ensuring the smooth execution of loyalty initiatives, coordinating with brands, analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement in the region. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, analytical, and passionate about enhancing customer experience through effective loyalty program management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage territory loyalty campaigns, oversee daily operations, and ensure timely execution.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to develop and implement campaigns.
  • Brief creative and operational teams for campaign artwork and setup.
  • Manage Platinum and top-tier customer queries and engagement.
  • Analyze loyalty data to monitor performance and develop strategies to increase participation.
  • Track KPIs and report on performance metrics.
  • Implement targeted campaigns to boost program membership and activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing, IT, customer service, and finance teams.
  • Support loyalty initiatives and resolve operational issues.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for senior management.
  • Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and policies.
  • Address top-tier customer inquiries, ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications:
