Job description

As part of our value-added recruitment services, Chrisjac is currently seeking suitable Customer-focus candidates to work for our client, a premier loyalty program management company in Petaling Jaya. This is a full-time, permanent position based at their corporate office in Section 51, Industrial Area, Petaling Jaya. Working hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday.

About the job

As the Loyalty Program Administrator, you will manage customer care for various loyalty programs within banking and financial institutions. Your responsibilities include attending to customer interactions promptly by providing accurate information on loyalty programs, managing customers’ entitlements and rewards, and ensuring the delivery of rewards earned.

The Candidate

This role requires a customer-focused approach. Candidates should possess at least a Diploma qualification in any field, with strong communication skills and the ability to speak fluent English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin is advantageous. Good command of English is essential, along with conversational Bahasa Malaysia, and additional Chinese/Mandarin skills are a plus.

Applicants should have some experience in customer service, telemarketing, call centers, or similar roles. They must be computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office and internet applications.
