Job summary

PrimaBaguz, a Malaysian manufacturer now part of Johnsonville, seeks a Low Risk Operator to handle production tasks in the Low Risk department, following supervisor instructions and ensuring product quality. Responsibilities include operating machinery, maintaining equipment, and adhering to safety and company regulations.

Minimum qualifications include SPM; experience as a production operator is a plus. Willingness to work shifts and overtime, and own transport are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification is Malaysian Certificate of Education (SPM).
• Experience in working as a production operator would be an added advantage.
• Able to read and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products are processed according to the stated specifications.
• Organize and clean the raw material chiller and freezer.
• Assist the supervisor in maintaining and enhancing production quality and daily output.
• Operate all machinery in the Low Risk area.
• Operate the machinery for the marina process with care.
• Check the condition of the machinery before starting operations.
• Clean all machines and equipment before and after used.
• Follow instructions from the superior.
• Wear the required uniform and outer garment in accordance with company regulations during working hours.
• Ensure all production equipment and machinery provided by the company are maintained in good condition.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

Position Overview

The Low Risk Operator is responsible for handling production operations involving sausages, cold cuts and minced meat in the Low Risk department and for following instructions from the superior.
