Job summary

Kyndryl is seeking a Low-Code Engineer in Malaysia to design, build, and support business apps and workflow automations using Microsoft Power Platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders, citizen developers, and technical teams to deliver scalable digital solutions that boost productivity and governance.

You will coach and enable citizen developers, document requirements and designs, participate in testing and UAT, and ensure security and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate, gained through work, internships, academic projects, or personal initiatives.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify automation opportunities and design practical solutions.
• Understanding of application development concepts, data structures, testing methodologies, and system troubleshooting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage stakeholders and document technical solutions effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain low-code applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related technologies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document requirements, translating business needs into scalable and effective digital solutions.
• Create process maps, solution designs, integrations, and technical documentation while ensuring governance, security, and quality standards.
• Support system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and continuous enhancement of applications and automation workflows.
• Enable and support citizen developers through coaching, training materials, workshops, and guidance on Power Platform best practices and adoption.
