Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring for a delivery assistant based in Johor Bahru. You will help load/unload goods, deliver to locations, assist with navigation, and maintain vehicle cleanliness, while following safety and company policies.

The role requires physical fitness, punctuality, and willingness to work overtime, including weekends or public holidays if needed. Prior logistics experience is a plus; meals/attendance/trip allowances may be provided.

Qualifications

• No formal education required; SPM or equivalent is a bonus.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy items.
• Punctual, responsible and hardworking.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading of goods from the lorry.
• Ensure items are safely and securely packed and transported.
• Deliver goods to the assigned locations as instructed by the driver or supervisor.
• Assist the driver with navigation and directions as needed.
• Handle items with care to prevent damage during transit.
• Communicate with customers during delivery, if required.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the vehicle.
• Adhere to safety and company policies at all times.
