PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

1. Plan and schedule production activities to achieve targeted production volume and maintain high quality levels.
2. Manage weekly production schedules to meet customer requirements.
3. Ensure sufficient raw materials such as powder, paint, solvent, chemicals, and packaging materials are available for production.
4. Maintain adequate stock of spare parts for machinery to prevent downtime, including bearings, filters, hooks, O-rings, and others.
5. Maintain proper housekeeping throughout the plant, including powder and fluorocarbon booths, drainage, and other production areas.
6. Ensure a safe working environment, including the proper use of safety equipment by workers.
7. Improve quality and process control, maximize output, and reduce wastage by reducing booth-cleaning time, decreasing empty racks, increasing manual spraying speed, etc.
8. Ensure all production reports are accurate, including job sheets, material requisition notes, packing lists, rejection reports, MF transfer notes, and others.
9. Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Quality, Sales, Marketing) to streamline daily production targets.
10. Handle customer complaints to meet customer requirements.
11. Approve subordinate matters such as leave applications, purchasing requisitions for consumables, stock requests, and overtime or medical claims.
12. Motivate, counsel, and train subordinates to develop necessary skills, especially regarding the Pronto System.
13. Ensure machinery and equipment are in good condition.
14. Participate in safety and health activities or campaigns organized by the company and adhere to safety and health regulations.
15. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Experience & Personal Skills:

• Fresh graduates or 2-3 years of experience for Diploma holders in Mechanical, Material Engineering, Management Studies, or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively at all levels.
• Good analytical and leadership abilities.
