Job summary

Verona Bake (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a delivery driver to transport frozen and ambient food products to outlets across KL and Klang Valley. You will ensure timely deliveries and handle products carefully during loading, transport, and unloading while maintaining proper temperature controls for frozen goods.

You will provide professional and courteous service to customers, ensure D/Os are signed, and report issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Valid Driving Licence and GDL held.
• E Full Licence is preferred and may attract better remuneration.
• Experience driving 5-tonne / 7.5-tonne trucks is advantageous.
• Experience in food, frozen, cold-chain or FMCG delivery is preferred.

• Deliver Frozen and Ambient food products to outlets around KL / Klang Valley.
• Ensure on-time delivery according to the daily delivery schedule.
• Handle all food products carefully during loading, transportation and unloading.
• Maintain proper temperature control for frozen products.
• Ensure products are delivered in good condition without damage.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers.
• Ensure every Delivery Order (D/O) is properly chopped and signed by the customer.
• Return all completed D/Os to Logistics Admin within 24 hours.
• Perform basic daily checks on the truck and reefer unit.
• Immediately report delivery delays, product issues or vehicle problems to the Logistics PIC.

Requirements:

• Valid Driving Licence + GDL.
• E Full Licence is preferred and eligible for better remuneration.
• Experience driving 5-tonne / 7.5-tonne trucks is an advantage.
• Experience in food, frozen, cold-chain or FMCG delivery is preferred.
• Familiar with KL / Klang Valley routes.
• Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading.
• Good attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Responsible, disciplined and able to work independently.
• Good attitude and customer service manner.
