Job Description

• Job Summary
• Lead and supervise a team of Logistic Direct Blue Associates to execute daily operational tasks at designated locations (Receiving / Warehouse / Shipping).
• Maintain high inventory accuracy in physical counts and system records.
• Support departmental and plant vision and target KPIs.
• Coach and ensure subordinates adhere to 7S principles at the workplace.
• Conduct process confirmations to ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions without deviations.
• Lead and drive Logistic Operations through Bosch Production System practices.
• Ensure proper maintenance and monitoring of Materials Handling Equipment.
• Maintain high material availability of Raw Materials and Finished Goods to support production schedules and fulfill customer orders.
• Support other duties, ad-hoc, or special tasks as assigned by the immediate superior.
• Job Scope
• Lead and supervise Logistic Direct Blue Associates in daily operations.
• Lead small workshops as needed.
• Act as a role model and provide guidance to Supervisors 1 and 2.
• Serve as backup to the Section Head.

Qualifications
