Job Description

  • Job Summary
  • Lead and supervise a group of Logistic Direct Blue Associates to execute assigned daily operation tasks at designated locations (Receiving / Warehouse / Shipping).
  • Maintain high inventory accuracy in both physical inventory and system records.
  • Support department/plant vision and target KPIs.
  • Coach and ensure subordinates adhere to 7S principles at the workplace.
  • Conduct process confirmation to ensure subordinates comply with Standard Operating Procedures or Work Instructions (WI) without deviation.
  • Lead and drive Logistic Operation Processes through Bosch Production System best practices.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and monitoring of Materials Handling Equipment to keep it in good condition and perform well.
  • Ensure high material availability of Raw Materials and Finished Goods to support production schedules and fulfill customer orders.
  • Support other duties, ad-hoc, or special tasks assigned by the immediate superior.
  • Job Scope
  • Lead and supervise Logistic Direct Blue Associates in daily operations at designated locations.
  • Lead Continuous Improvement/System CIP Projects.
  • Lead small workshops.
  • Act as Role Model and provide guidance to Supervisors 1 and 2.
  • Act as backup to Section Head.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Warehouse, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills to resolve operational issues.
  • Understanding of project impacts and consequences.
  • Strong analytical thinking and influencing leadership skills.
  • Flexibility to take on ad-hoc assignments or projects as necessary.

  • Ability to multitask according to priorities and adhere to tight schedules.
