Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain, business or related field.
• 3–6 years of warehouse operations experience, with 1–2 years in supervision.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems.
• Strong operational and organizational skills.
• Team leadership and people management.
• Problem solving and decision making.
• Knowledge of warehouse best practices and safety standards.
• Data analysis and reporting basics.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily resupply operations: receiving, inspecting, SAP updates, and packing.
• Coordinate with picking to meet delivery and production timelines.
• Lead and supervise a team of operators and contract workers.
• Plan and allocate manpower based on workload.
• Conduct daily briefings, monitor performance, and train staff.
• Ensure attendance discipline and policy compliance.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate end-of-shift status.
• Enforce safety, 6S housekeeping, and equipment use.
• Report incidents, damages, and non-conformances.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Job description

We are seeking a Logistics/Supply Chain leader to oversee the planning, movement, and control of materials and products across the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include inventory management, critical parts availability, warehousing, shipping and receiving, material handling, and import/export activities.

The role partners closely with Manufacturing, Finance, Sales, Product Development, and external vendors to optimize logistics processes, improve supply chain performance, and support business objectives. The incumbent will also be responsible for logistics planning, inventory accuracy, cost management, compliance with international trade requirements, and leading a high-performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily Resupply operations including receiving, inspecting, scanning/ SAP system updating, de-trash, un-crating, fixturing, re-packing, and delivery to manufacturing
• Coordinate with picking operation to meet delivery and production timelines
• Lead, coach, and supervise a team of operation team, forklift operators, and contract labour to meet company objectives and key indicators
• Plan and allocate manpower based on workload and operational priorities
• Conduct daily briefings, performance monitoring, and on-the-job training
• Ensure compliance with attendance, discipline, and company policies
• Prepare shift out/report and publish by end of the shift
• Enforce company safety standards, housekeeping (6S), and equipment usage
• Report and investigate incidents, damages, and non-conformances
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 3–6 years of warehouse operations experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems
