Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer service interactions with clients, vendors, and global BDP personnel.
• Perform administrative and documentation duties related to logistics operations.
• Continuously seek to improve existing business processes in collaboration with supervisors.
• Coordinate shipment progress and delivery with vendors and customers.
• Prepare shipping documents such as bills of lading, COO, Arrival Notice, Pre-alert, and invoices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution.
• At least two years of experience in sea freight, airfreight, or shipping industries.
• Knowledge of HS codes, customs, and government regulations is advantageous.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in English.
• Customer-oriented, mature, and capable of working independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Leadership qualities, team spirit, integrity, and commitment.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
