Responsible for all outbound activity within the distribution center. Perform all procedures related to exports and ensure product is picked, packaged, and shipped with proper documentation. The role also includes support for inbound activity within the distribution center.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the shipping process for exporting finished goods, including personnel preparing shipments, ensuring procedures are conducted according to local and corporate standards.
2. Create and process documents required for export or import goods. Prepare cargo manifestos. Determine transportation costs as needed. Respond to internal and external customer inquiries regarding export or import procedures.
3. Maintain operations books and metrics reports.
4. Collaborate with planning and purchasing to monitor the transit of goods with third-party logistics and sterilization services to ensure supply chain performance.
5. Create invoices and issue different insurance policies.
6. Monitor imports and exports activities.
7. Coordinate and assess transportation alternatives, monitor freight expenses, and seek ways to reduce costs.
8. Support new projects that expand the services offered by the distribution center.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in a related field is required.
• Preferably in Logistics/Warehousing with at least 3 years of experience.
