Job Summary:

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to support Supermicro's Global Service network by managing service inventory globally. The candidate will ensure the right parts and equipment are delivered to the correct locations, monitor stock levels, and oversee the flow of goods and warehousing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with incoterms through knowledge and practical experience.
  • Manage RFQ processes with external freight forwarders and provide accurate quotations to the sales team.
  • Monitor shipping schedules, ensuring safety and security of all shipments.
  • Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure billing accuracy.
  • Determine appropriate parts and stock levels based on equipment configurations and guidelines.
  • Generate and maintain inventory reports periodically and as needed.
  • Keep the internal database updated for service inventory management.
  • Prioritize tasks and make effective decisions to meet daily service expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields preferred; relevant experience and certifications are also considered.
  • Approximately 8 years of logistics experience, including trading, customs clearance, importing/exporting, and shipping quotations; experience with forwarder sales is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of incoterms in international trade and logistics.
  • Excellent communication skills for external and internal stakeholders.
  • Multilingual abilities to collaborate effectively across regions, especially in APAC, including Taiwan.
  • Reliable and efficient in daily responsibilities.
