About the role

As a Logistics Specialist at COSMOS PERSONAL CARE (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.', you will play a crucial role in managing the company's import and export operations and customs procedures. This full-time position is located in Tanjung Langsat Johor and offers the opportunity to contribute to the success of a leading player in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry.

Key responsibility :

Coordinating the import and export of goods, ensuring timely and efficient clearance through customs

Preparing and submitting all necessary documentation for import/export activities

Liaising with logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs authorities to optimise supply chain operations

Monitoring shipment status and providing updates to stakeholders

Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance logistics efficiency

Ensuring compliance with all relevant import/export regulations and company policies

Providing support to the wider logistics and operations team as needed

What we're looking for :

DIploma or Degree in In Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics or customs-related role

Strong understanding of import/export procedures and customs regulations

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with various stakeholders

Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving to identify and resolve issues

Highly organised and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask

Knowledge of relevant logistics software and systems

Enthusiasm for continuous improvement and a proactive approach to your work

Fluent in English , Malay and Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is an advantage.
